About the Role

A leading international software company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join its expanding engineering team in Mayo. This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale platforms used by global customers, contributing to the development of high-performance and scalable applications across backend and frontend systems.

The company offers a flexible hybrid working environment and is open to engineers from diverse technical backgrounds. While .NET is the primary backend technology and Angular is preferred on the frontend, strong experience with comparable modern frameworks will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications
• Build and enhance backend services using .NET technologies
• Develop responsive frontend applications, ideally with Angular
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams
• Contribute to software architecture and technical decision-making
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Mentor junior engineers and support engineering best practices
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Technical Experience

Backend

• .NET / C#
• REST APIs and microservices architecture

Frontend

• Angular preferred
• Experience with React or Vue.js also considered

Additional Experience

• Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Enterprise-scale software development

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years’ experience in software engineering
• Strong full stack development background
• Experience building scalable distributed systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in agile development environments
• Passion for modern software engineering practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline required
